March - NEW MESSAGE SERIES: cross road
The final week of the life of Jesus here on Earth tells us a lot about our Lord... and a lot about ourselves and our future. Join us as we dive into Jesus' road to the cross.
adding a sunday afternoon service!
With our continued growth comes new opportunities, and we've just added another service - at 4pm Sunday afternoon. If you're not a morning person, or you have friends who would love to attend Compass but they currently work or play on weekend mornings, this new service is a great option. It will be exactly like our morning services - including a children's ministry program (birth through 5th grade).
REGULAR WEEKLY ACTIVITIES
COLLEGE group - SUNdays @ 5:30pM
Tyler & Alisa Hayes lead our college group as they meet together for our 4pm service then head off to coffee shops around Bend for lots of discussion and fun activities. Contact Tyler for information at tyler@compassbend.com.
High school group - tuesdays @ 6:30pm

soup night - wednesdays @ 5:00pm to 7:00pm
Everyone's invited... whether or not you go to Compass. Great food (soup & bread & dessert), great fellowship, great fun.
music team practice - wednesdays @ 7:00pm to 8:30pm

core groups - various nights and times
Core Groups are our small group Bible studies, shared interest groups, dinner groups, etc. We have mixed groups, women's groups, men's groups, life-stage groups (parents of teenagers, young couples, empty nesters, parents of toddlers, etc.)... all kinds of groups. You'll be able to find the right group on the right day and the right time for you! Core Groups are THE way to get connected at Compass, build lasting friendships and grow spiritually. For more information, drop by the Welcome Table in the foyer on Sunday morning.
taking it to the streets - SATURDAYS @ 9AM
Compass is a main distribution partner for the Oregon Food Bank and Central Oregon's Neighbor Impact organization. Each Saturday, we have teams of people distributing food and other needed items to selected areas and families around Bend. For more infomation, contact Deena at carenetwork@compassbend.com.
REGULAR QUARTERLY EVENT
communion CELEBRATIONS (dates in sunday bulletin)
We celebrate communion together monthly in our Core Groups, and we also have four quarterly "all-church" celebrations where we gather together to share a meal, serve communion, and worship our Lord in song. Childcare is available.
