RYAN SHORE

Ryan was born and raised in Portland, Oregon.  He and his wife, Lauren, moved to Bend in 1993 where they have raised two beautiful children, Colin (19) and Madison (17).  Ryan recently retired from the Bend Police Department after serving nearly 20 years in law enforcement.  He now gets to spend his time taking care of his family, home and church.  However, he still finds a little bit of time to hunt, fish and boat on the high lakes of Central Oregon. 

Ryan has a heart for service.  He not only helps to organize our “Rolling Thunder” team and is the point of contact for the church’s building needs, but you may also find him working with many different non-profit programs and events throughout Bend.  He said he loves Bend most of all for its coffee… “after twenty years of nasty cop-coffee, Bend is the closest thing to heaven.”      

Hobbies:
Watching my daughter play soccer (best player on planet earth!), Oregon State Football games, Camping and boating with family/friends.
