Kalisha FLEISCHMANN
Kalisha was born in Santa Barbara, CA. She attended Westmont College for two years and graduated from USC with BA in Organizational Communication.  After traveling and working in New Zealand and Australia, Kalisha came back to the states and settled in San Francisco working in the hotel business.

The next move was to Napa, CA where she went into winery event planning for the Mondavi and Coppola families before moving on to Bend where she took on her first non-profit position as Financial Development & Events Director for Mt. Bachelor Ski Education Foundation.  Kalisha met her husband Kyle while at Westmont College and married him 6 ½ years later.  A few years after that, their wonderful son Kadyn came along.  Kalisha and Kyle are both founding members at Compass and love the Godly focus and welcoming atmosphere of the church.
