About Us

Drew PriceNona Coleman

Nona is excited about how God is using Compass to ignite her and her family's faith and change the lives of many women who are coming to church with their family for the first time.  She loves serving the women of Compass as a member of the Women’s Ministry Team.  Nona grew up in St. Helens (not the mountain that blew, but the small town northeast of Portland).  After graduation, she attended Oregon State University – GO BEAVS! – and graduated in Interior & Housing Design.  She remarks that the best part of her college career was meeting Tom (her husband now of 14 years).  Following OSU, she joined the multitude of designers down in So. California and eventually specialized in Kitchen & Bath Design.  Tom and she married in Pasadena, but decided to move to Bend to raise a family in 1996.  She is a proud, “stay-at-home” mom of their three kiddos.  She and Tom came to Compass about three years ago and love the “family” they have found here.
