john & Joyce Price
John & Joyce serve on many teams at Compass because they’re flat-out crazy about helping others and encouraging their Compass family. John was born in Portland and raised in Oregon City. He is #6 of 13 children. He finished his last two years of high school in British Columbia. He came down to visit family in the summer of 1970 and fell in love with Joyce. They were best friends from the beginning and were married in 1972. They left Oregon in 1974 to preach the gospel for 1 year to his family in Canada. Seventeen years later they moved back to Oregon!
John & Joyce are the proud parents of Jeremiah – who is the delight of their life. Joyce was born in Long Beach, California and was raised in Oregon. She is one of three girls (the middle child… uh oh). She met her cutie-pie John when she was 16 and married him at 18 (another uh oh). The good news is… they’re still together after 35 years!
